1.1 Definition : A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not yet available for immediate delivery. 1.2 Availability : The availability date of pre-order products is an estimate and may be subject to change. We do not guarantee the exact release or delivery date. 1.3 Acknowledgment : By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product may be subject to modifications or cancellations.
2.1 Payment Authorization : When you place a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the product at the time of placing the pre-order. 2.2 Price Guarantee: The price of the pre-order product at the time of placing the order is guaranteed, even if the price changes before release.
3.1 Shipping: Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email. 3.2 Delays: We are not liable for any delays in the release or shipment of pre-ordered products.
4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped by contacting our customer service. Deposit is Non-Refundable. 4.2 Platform-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product discontinuation or inability to fulfill the order. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
4.3 Partial Refund for Cancelled Pre-Orders. In the event of customer-initiated cancellation after the product has been processed for shipment but prior to dispatch, a partial refund may be provided at the sole discretion of BizBuddies, less administrative and processing fees.
4.4 Damaged Pre-Order Items. For pre-ordered products shipped internationally:Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse to overseas, BizBuddies is not liable for any damage or loss during transit. Buyers are encouraged to ensure proper insurance coverage through their chosen logistics provider. For domestic or regional pre-orders:BizBuddies is liable for damages to pre-ordered products during transit only when the shipment is handled by a BizBuddies-supported logistics partner and both the buyer and seller are in the same region. Claims for damages must include photographs of the item and original packaging and be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt.
5.1 Modifications: The manufacturer may make changes to the product specifications, design, or features before release. The seller will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant changes. 5.2 Customer Rights: If the final product is substantially different from what was described at the time of placing the pre-order, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5.3 Notification of Substantial Changes.In cases where significant changes to a product’s specifications or features occur, BizBuddies will notify the customer within 7 business days. Customers may choose to: Accept the revised product; Cancel their pre-order for a full refund. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the revised product.
6.1 No Warranty: We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, release date, or performance of pre-ordered products. 6.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your pre-order, except as caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.3 Force Majeure BizBuddies shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations of pre-orders due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in the BizBuddies Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
